About the role

The Technical Lead – Full Stack (Python, React & AI-Assisted Development) will lead the architecture, design, and development of full-stack applications using Python and React. The role involves driving the adoption of AI-assisted and agentic coding practices across the engineering team, utilizing AI coding tools for rapid prototyping, debugging, testing, and code modernization. The Technical Lead will set engineering standards to ensure AI-generated code is secure, maintainable, and production-ready, and will be responsible for technical design, code reviews, and architectural decisions. Mentoring engineers on modern, AI-native development practices and championing best practices in Git, CI/CD, testing, observability, and secure development are also key responsibilities. Candidates should have significant experience in software engineering and technical leadership, with strong expertise in Python and React, and a solid understanding of APIs, microservices, databases, and scalable architecture.
