Project Manager
About the role
The Project Manager at Mobitel will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive project plans, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful project outcomes. Key responsibilities include risk identification, resource allocation, monitoring project performance, and ensuring adherence to project management processes. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Must have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognized university or institute.
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in the role of Project Manager, Product Manager or similar role with extensive experience in end-to-end Project Management, delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in multi-disciplinary Project Management methodologies, such as Agile Scrum/Kanban etc.
- Experience in using Project Management tools such as MS Project, MS Planner and MS Azure DevOps.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
