Senior AI Solutions Engineer (Proficiency in Japanese)
About the role
IronOne AI Labs is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to lead the deployment of AI-powered solutions for enterprise customers in Japan, particularly in the Financial Services, FinTech, and Insurance sectors. The role involves engaging with customers to understand their business needs, designing and integrating AI solutions into production environments, collaborating with engineering teams, leading technical workshops, and providing guidance throughout the implementation process. Candidates must have strong experience in solutions engineering or related fields, proficiency in Japanese and English, and a background in integrating enterprise applications with modern cloud and AI technologies.
Must have
- Native or business-level proficiency in Japanese (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
- Strong English communication skills.
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Professional Services.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications using APIs and modern cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Intelligent Automation solutions.
- Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers.
Nice to have
- Experience in Banking, FinTech, Financial Services, or Insurance.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, Conversational AI, AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Programming experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
