Regional Technical Support & Training Engineer

About the role

The Regional Technical Support & Training Engineer is responsible for conducting technical trainings for installers and technicians, engaging with partners and customers through regional visits, and supporting technical events, product demonstrations, and installer activities. The role also involves providing technical support for CCTV and networking issues as needed. Candidates should have a background in IT, networking, electronics, or CCTV, possess strong communication and presentation skills, and be comfortable with field travel and regional coordination. A valid driving licence is required.
