Technical Lead
About the role
LyveMD, a healthtech company focused on building connected products to improve healthcare outcomes, is seeking a Technical Lead. This hands-on role involves shaping the technical direction of the company, working closely with leadership to translate product goals into technical plans, and leading the engineering team. Responsibilities include building production-quality healthtech products, shaping system architecture, establishing engineering standards, mentoring engineers, and guiding key technology decisions. Candidates should have 3–5+ years of full-stack development experience, strong system-design skills, and hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms, as well as an understanding of mobile development, APIs, databases, DevOps, SDLC, and Agile practices. Experience with healthcare, HL7/FHIR, regulated systems, or early-stage product development is considered a strong advantage.
Must have

Nice to have
