IT Service Delivery Manager

About the role

The Technical Service Delivery Manager (E-Commerce) is responsible for managing end-to-end technical service delivery within a fast-paced e-commerce environment. The role oversees support operations, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures the successful execution of system enhancements and technology projects. Key responsibilities include managing service desk operations, coordinating technical development and project management activities, leading change and release management, maintaining service delivery workflows, ensuring compliance, and reporting on operational KPIs. The position requires a strong understanding of ITIL best practices, SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and hands-on experience with IT service management and project tracking tools.
