About the role
This role is for an Associate Consultant - Storage Engineer (L3) specializing in Dell EMC storage solutions. The position involves administering and supporting Dell EMC storage platforms such as PowerMax, PowerStore, Unity, VNX, PowerScale (Isilon), and XtremIO, as well as NetApp Block Storage. Responsibilities include storage provisioning, incident resolution, performance optimization, disaster recovery, and leading infrastructure modernization projects. The engineer will act as the L3 escalation point for critical incidents, manage SAN infrastructure (Brocade and Cisco MDS), support disaster recovery technologies, and mentor junior engineers. The role requires strong technical leadership and collaboration with various IT teams.
Must have
- Dell EMC PowerMax and PowerStore
- NetApp Block Storage
- Fibre Channel SAN Administration
- Zoning, Masking, Multipathing, and Storage Provisioning
- Brocade and Cisco MDS Switches
- Storage Replication and Disaster Recovery Technologies
- VMware vSphere
- Windows Server and Linux Administration
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise storage administration
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Experience leading storage infrastructure projects and migration activities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment and provide technical leadership for critical incidents
