Systems and Training Lead
About the role
The Systems and Training Lead will join GAC's Business Systems and Digital Transformation team in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The role is responsible for improving business processes through digital solutions, coordinating system enhancements, conducting user acceptance testing, and delivering training on IT applications. Key responsibilities include identifying process improvement opportunities, managing system change requests, preparing documentation, and providing training to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field, and proficiency in Microsoft 365, SQL, Power BI, and Figma. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential.
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
- At least three years of relevant experience.
- Certifications in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Figma UI/UX Design, SQL, and Power BI.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or similar reporting and analytical tools.
- Ability to create user interface mock-ups using Figma or a similar tool.
- Strong data visualization and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to assist and train users.
