About the role
The Consulting Operations Associate at Oceans is a remote role supporting an AI-focused consulting and tech-enablement firm. The position acts as a bridge between executive leadership and client consulting engagements, ensuring operational momentum and administrative clarity. Responsibilities include executive administration, consulting account coordination, external meeting representation, research and content development, AI enablement, and process improvement. The role requires strong client-facing experience, executive support skills, familiarity with modern tools and AI platforms, and exceptional attention to detail. The associate will work closely with the CEO, Operations Manager, and consulting team, with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
Must have
- Strong client-facing experience in a professional services, consulting, or fast-paced client-service environment; proven experience supporting executives or managing client account coordination
- Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace/Email, GitHub, Vercel, HubSpot, Fathom, and modern AI-assisted research and development tools
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong editorial and writing judgment, experience auditing AI-generated outputs, and the ability to build simple technical workflows or lightweight apps
- Highly curious, direct communicator, proactive problem solver, comfortable in a fast-moving environment, and dedicated to exceptional follow-through

Highlights
This is a remote role but requires presence for in-person training during the first 3.5 weeks. The position involves working a split shift with maximum overlap with US Eastern Time.
