IT Officer
About the role
The IT Officer at Biomedite is responsible for providing technical support to employees, guiding them on the use of computers, network resources, Wi-Fi, email, and company systems. The role involves implementing and maintaining IT policies, procedures, backup systems, and security controls, as well as managing IT asset registers and supporting the finance department with IT asset purchases. The position also requires updating various tracking and attendance registers and preparing product stickers as per management requirements. Candidates should have a diploma or bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
Must have
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT support, network administration, system administration, or a similar position.
Nice to have
- Experience in handling ERP System and IT asset management will be an added advantage.
