Django Senior Developer
About the role
The Senior Django Developer will lead the development team, taking ownership of technical architecture, development, code quality, DevOps, and deployment for the company's platform. This is a hands-on role involving feature development, code review, delegation to junior developers, deployment management, and establishing secure and scalable engineering practices. The role covers backend and frontend development (Django/Python and React), REST API and database design, DevOps with AWS and Docker, security best practices, and leadership responsibilities such as mentoring and technical decision-making. The company seeks someone with strong experience in both development and DevOps, as well as proven leadership in a technical environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years professional software development experience.
- Proven experience building and maintaining production applications.
- Strong Django/Python and React experience.
- Practical AWS and DevOps experience.
- Previous experience leading, mentoring or reviewing other developers.
Nice to have
- SaaS or multi-tenant application experience is highly desirable.
- AWS, security or ISO 27001 certifications are a plus.
