Must have
- Diploma in Information Technology or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institute.
- Fundamental understanding of LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Email and Internet.
- A strong command of both written and spoken English, complemented by excellent interpersonal skills.
- Valid Motorbike license is required.
