About the role
The Management Trainee – IT position at a leading apparel manufacturer is designed for fresh graduates or postgraduates with an IT background who are eager to develop their careers in technology, business operations, and management. The role offers exposure to various IT functions, including infrastructure, system administration, automation, AI tools, application development, and digital transformation. The selected candidate will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams, supporting technology-driven initiatives, process automation, and business analysis while developing technical and managerial skills.
Must have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or postgraduate qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and postgraduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
- Interest in automation, AI tools, and application development.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and IT best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Good understanding of IT concepts, business applications, and technology-driven processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication, documentation, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and business environments.
- Strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and support IT projects and daily operations.
Nice to have
- Candidates with prior exposure to IT, software, systems, data, or technology-related functions will have an added advantage.
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge will be an advantage.

Highlights
