Junior Executive – Information Technology

About the role

The Junior Executive – Information Technology will join the IT team at Colombo Jewellery Stores to support ERP and POS systems, Microsoft Azure cloud services, and day-to-day technology operations across branches. Key responsibilities include coordinating with software and cloud vendors, maintaining Azure cloud environments and physical servers, assisting with network, hardware, and software maintenance, monitoring enterprise endpoint security, supporting stock control and IT asset inventory, responding to user requests, managing CCTV systems, preparing monthly reports, and carrying out other IT support duties as assigned. Candidates must have a Higher Diploma in IT or equivalent, 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role, experience in IT troubleshooting, inventory management, vendor coordination, a basic understanding of cybersecurity and IT best practices, good communication and interpersonal skills, and willingness to travel to branches when required.
