Management Associate - IT & Digital Transformation
About the role
The Management Associate – IT & Digital Transformation at Sri Lanka Saukyadana Movement is a contract-based role focused on strengthening technology systems and driving digital improvements across the organization. The position supports day-to-day IT operations, coordinates and implements digital solutions, and works to improve organizational efficiency, information management, and service delivery. Key responsibilities include assessing IT needs, providing technical support, improving digital tools and processes, promoting information security, and building staff digital capacity. The role requires a relevant degree and at least five years of professional experience in IT support or digital transformation.
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- At least five years of relevant professional experience in IT support, information systems, digital solutions or organizational digital transformation.
- Practical experience supporting users, managing digital platforms and databases, and implementing technology improvements across multiple functions.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, communication and staff-training skills, with the ability to explain technical matters to non-technical colleagues.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools, cybersecurity fundamentals, data management and process automation would be an advantage.
