About the role
The IT Assistant & Social Media Support Assistant at Tensor Solutions Pvt Ltd will provide basic IT support, troubleshoot software and connectivity issues, and manage company social media accounts by posting content, monitoring engagement, and coordinating with teams. The role also involves assisting with user accounts, emails, passwords, software installation, equipment setup, maintaining IT and social media records, and supporting website and online content updates while ensuring security procedures are followed. The position is based at the company's head office in Colombo 02, with responsibilities also at the Maradana Road branch.
Must have
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support and/or Digital Marketing.
- Good English proficiency with strong communication and basic writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, Windows, printers, networking, and office software.
- Familiarity with Meta Suite, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- IT/ Digital Marketing qualification, Diploma, Certificate, or equivalent practical knowledge is an advantage.
