Senior Staff Engineer – Solution Architect (AI & Automation)
About the role
The Senior Staff Engineer – Solution Architect (AI & Automation) will join the Core Engineering team to provide technical leadership in AI automation, content transformation, publishing platforms, and customer-specific engineering initiatives. The role involves designing scalable and secure solution architectures, collaborating with stakeholders, supporting RFPs and POCs, developing architecture blueprints, and ensuring solutions meet performance and security requirements. Candidates should have strong experience in solution or enterprise architecture, hands-on knowledge of AWS or Azure, and a proven track record in delivering enterprise-grade solutions. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and over 10 years of experience are required.
Must have
- Strong experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Platform Engineering.
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience designing and implementing: Microservices Architecture, APIs & Integrations, Data Pipelines, Workflow Automation, Scalable Backend Systems
- Exposure to: AI/ML Solutions, Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieva, Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents & Intelligent Automation
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in: Software Engineering, Solution Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Enterprise Platform Design
- Proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise-grade solutions from concept through implementation.
- Experience working across business, engineering, product, delivery, and customer stakeholder groups.
