Senior Salesforce Developer
About the role
The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and implementing Salesforce solutions based on business and technical requirements. The role involves collaborating with clients, stakeholders, architects, and project teams to deliver effective technical solutions, customizing Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and related technologies, and integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and enterprise systems. The candidate will participate in end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, perform code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and contribute to solution architecture and technical documentation. The position is with InTalent Asia, located in Colombo, and offers a hybrid work arrangement within the Information Technology & Consulting industry. Must have
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, configuration, and implementation.
- Minimum 3 Salesforce Certifications.
- Strong technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce integrations.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, capabilities, limitations, security, and development best practices.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications, enterprise systems, APIs, and external platforms.
- Strong experience in debugging, testing, code reviews, performance optimization, and technical problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Strong client-facing and consulting experience, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed, cross-functional, and international teams.
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and keeping up with Salesforce platform developments and emerging technologies.
