About the role
The IT & ERP Assistant will provide basic technical support to end-users, help maintain and update ERP system data, support troubleshooting of ERP and PC-related issues, and assist in documenting processes and creating user guides. The role requires a diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and seeks candidates who are eager to learn and adapt to new technologies. Must have
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Assist in providing basic technical support to end-users
- Help maintain and update ERP system data
- Support basic troubleshooting of ERP and PC related issues
- Assist in documenting processes and creating user guides
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Nice to have
- Basic Knowledge of any ERP system
- Basic Understanding of Computer Hardware & Networking
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
