CRM Developer
About the role
As a CRM Developer, you will be responsible for building, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions for multiple client environments. The role involves developing and maintaining Dynamics 365 CRM applications, designing and troubleshooting C# plugins and JavaScript customizations, configuring Dataverse, building Power Automate flows, and managing solution deployments. You will also work closely with consultants and stakeholders to clarify requirements, maintain technical documentation, and support user acceptance testing. The position is a fully remote, full-time, 6-month renewable contract, and candidates must be based in Sri Lanka.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related discipline.
- Preferably 4–6 years of relevant experience, including significant hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM development.
- Strong C# and .NET skills, particularly Dynamics 365 plugins and server-side customisations.
- Strong JavaScript skills for Dynamics 365 client-side customisations.
- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, including data models, relationships and security.
- Practical experience developing and troubleshooting Power Automate flows.
- Experience with solution management and deployment across multiple environments, including managed and unmanaged solutions.
- Experience with REST APIs, third-party integrations and supporting CRM applications in production.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, clear English communication and a proactive, client-focused mindset.
Nice to have
- Power Pages and Power Apps (model-driven and canvas) experience.
- Power BI and SSRS reporting experience.
- Familiarity with DocumentsCorePack, ClickDimensions and payment integrations.
- Azure DevOps, ServiceNow or similar platforms; Power Platform ALM and deployment pipelines.
- Copilot Studio and AI agents knowledge; Microsoft certifications such as PL-400.
