About the role
MAGS, a textile company in Battaramulla, is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Assistant to join their team. Must have
- A foundational qualification in IT or a related field
- Hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on computers and other IT equipment
- Basic knowledge of networking, including LAN and Wi-Fi configurations
- Providing reliable technical assistance and support to the in-house staff
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered a distinct advantage
