Risk Analyst
About the role
The Risk Analyst role involves building knowledge of internal Independence and financial tools, understanding system interdependencies, conducting secondary research, and performing reconciliations and drafting recommendations for review. The position requires active participation in knowledge sessions, clear communication with stakeholders, and a willingness to adopt digital tools and technologies. The analyst is expected to maintain a client-centric approach, prioritize tasks, and uphold high ethical standards while working towards individual KPIs. The role is situated within a team-oriented environment focused on compliance and continuous improvement.
Must have
- Graduate/Masters/Post-graduate degree (preferably in Finance domain) from a reputed institution.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in secondary research and analysis in a professional services firm.
- Well-developed analytical, interpersonal, and communication (both verbal and written) skills in English
- Basic understanding of type of company structures, Ownership structures, awareness of auditor Independence and basic risk management concepts.
- Intermediate level of knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, SharePoint etc.)
Nice to have
- Candidates with exposure of handing client interaction would be preferred.
