Operations Analyst - Community Operations
About the role
The Operations Analyst - Community Operations will be responsible for driving operational excellence and program management for the Merchant business in Sri Lanka. The role involves monitoring and improving key support metrics, analyzing operational trends, managing customer and earner initiatives, creating SOPs and training materials, and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders. The analyst will also oversee vendor performance, advocate for product and customer needs, and ensure operational continuity across teams. The position is onsite at the client's location in Colombo and is offered as a full-time role with Lancesoft.
Must have
- 3-5 years of experience in Operations, Customer Support, Logistics, Retail, or related industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience translating data into business solutions.
- Experience managing BPO/vendor operations and scaling processes in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools for operational efficiency.
- Advanced Excel

- Data analysis and reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term execution and long-term scalability.
- Self-driven and comfortable working in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred).
- Business proficiency in Sinhala and Tamil is an advantage.
