Operations Intern (Fully Remote)
About the role
Cashflow System is seeking an Operations Intern for a 3-month fully remote internship based in Sri Lanka. The intern will support the daily operations of a growing SaaS platform, including monitoring website activity, contacting and assisting users, scheduling and conducting product demos, following up with trial users, ensuring accurate invoice payments, and preparing weekly reports. The role also involves collaborating with the development team to resolve customer issues and supporting various operational activities across the business. Applicants should have excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude.
