Manager - Digital Solutions (Design And Integration)
About the role
LankaPay Private Limited, the operator of Sri Lanka's National Payment Network, is seeking a Manager - Digital Solutions (Design and Integration). This role is responsible for leading the architecture, design, and integration of digital payment solutions that are central to Sri Lanka’s financial infrastructure. The position involves defining solution architecture, technology standards, and integration frameworks, as well as overseeing API-driven, cloud-enabled, and service-oriented architectures. The manager will collaborate with various teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality technology solutions, provide technical leadership, and ensure solutions meet security, performance, and regulatory requirements. The role also includes mentoring teams, enhancing existing digital solutions, and evaluating emerging technologies.
Must have
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise systems design of which 05 years in senior technical leadership role or managerial capacity. Experience in banking, payments, FinTech, or digital government solutions is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in delivering complex, high-volume transactional systems.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform and solid understanding of secure coding practices, application security, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Strong experience in working with different payment simulation tools and payment related massaging specifications.
- Expertise in system integration, API management, cloud platforms, microservices, security, and governance.
Nice to have
- Experience with banking integrations, payment APIs, fintech platforms, or national payment networks with experience with REST APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines will be an added advantage.
