Assistant Planning Manager
About the role
The Assistant Planning Manager will be responsible for supply planning, controlling, and monitoring to ensure product availability at a leading coconut manufacturing group in Indonesia. The role involves optimizing capacity and resource utilization, coordinating with internal stakeholders for smooth material flow, conducting data analysis and reporting, and handling supply chain optimization projects. Candidates should have a degree in a relevant field, strong analytical and organizational skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and at least 5 years of supply planning experience in FMCG, food & beverages, or coconut industries. The position requires excellent English communication skills and the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Must have
- A Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operation Management, Business Management or Business Analytics
- A Dynamic personality who is eager to learn and take challenges
- Sound Analytical, Critical Thinking, problem solving and organizational skills
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Minimum 5 Years’ Supply Planning Experience in Fmcg,Food & Beverages or Coconut.
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English
- Must be a good team player with a high integrity
- Ability to work under pressure and minimum supervision while managing the priorities to drive the production operation adhering to the standards and deadlines
Nice to have
- SAP/ERP knowledge and previous working experience is an added advantage
