About the role

The IT Executive position at KDG Global Group involves supporting IT operations, infrastructure, and system administration. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and adapt to emerging technologies. The company operates in over 14 countries and is expanding rapidly.

Must have

Higher Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or an equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT operations, infrastructure support or system administration.
Hands-on experience in managing computer networks, servers and IT infrastructure.
Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server and Microsoft 365.
Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, networking and connectivity.
Knowledge of IT security, data backup and cloud-based technologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Good interpersonal, teamwork and time management skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative and adapt to emerging technologies.
