About the role
The Automation & AI Systems Specialist at MyWellOps will be responsible for driving the development and optimization of both internal and customer-facing automation systems. The role involves designing and building automated workflows for sales, support, and operational efficiency, as well as experimenting with new AI tools and communication channels. The specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable automated solutions, focusing on speed, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Candidates should have hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms, APIs, and AI tools, and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills. MyWellOps is an AI-powered platform focused on streamlining operations for client-focused professionals, offering a fast-paced and innovative work environment.
Must have
- AI-First Mindset: You proactively leverage tools like Claude, Grok, and advanced AI frameworks to solve problems and build faster.
- Workflow & Automation Expertise: Hands-on experience designing end-to-end workflows using low-code/no-code platforms, webhooks, APIs, and scripting tools.
- Experimental & Fast-Learning: A strong bias for action. You enjoy running quick experiments, testing hypotheses, and adapting when something doesn't work.
- Relentless Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to troubleshooting, documentation, and quality assurance.
- High Ownership & Energy: Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept to deployment in a remote setup.
- Clear Communication: Ability to articulate technical concepts and workflow logic clearly to team members across departments.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in a fast-growing SaaS, startup, or AI-focused company.
- Familiarity with API integrations (REST, Webhooks, messaging APIs) and low-code orchestration frameworks.
- Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical hands-on project experience.
