About the role
The company is seeking an SEO Manager with 8-10 years of hands-on SEO experience to lead and execute strategies that grow organic visibility, qualified traffic, and leads. The role involves developing and implementing technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits, and optimizing content for both traditional and AI-powered search platforms. The SEO Manager will also improve content structure, internal linking, structured data, and brand authority, utilize AI tools for research and reporting, and track key SEO metrics. The position includes leading an SEO team, either in-house or outsourced.
Must have
- More than 8 years of SEO experience with measurable results.
- Strong technical SEO and content optimisation skills.
- An understanding of Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).
- Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or Semrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity for SEO workflows.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
