IT Executive
About the role
Tasma Group is seeking a skilled and reliable IT Executive for system and network support at their Biyagama location. The role involves maintaining servers, networks, and IT systems, providing user support, managing backups and security, handling LAN and Wi-Fi troubleshooting, configuring and supporting mail systems, monitoring CCTV and GPS systems, and maintaining IT documentation. Candidates should have a diploma or BSc in IT or a related field, at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and good communication abilities. The position is full-time and offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team supporting daily IT operations.
Must have
- Diploma or BSc in IT or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking, servers, firewalls, and operating systems.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to support users professionally.
- Ability to work independently and handle IT responsibilities efficiently.
