Assistant Manager - Enterprise Solutions
About the role
Sri Lanka Telecom Services Limited (SLTS), a subsidiary of SLT-MOBITEL Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager – Enterprise Solutions. The role involves driving the growth of Enterprise System Integration (SI) business, designing and proposing end-to-end ICT, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure solutions, and supporting presales and customer engagements. The position also requires building strong relationships with enterprise customers and managing solutioning from opportunity identification to delivery handover, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Candidates must have a relevant degree, significant experience in enterprise networking and system integration, and active certifications from recognized technology vendors.
Must have
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Networking, Information Security and/or System Integration, including at least 3 years in a managerial, team-lead or solution-lead role, with strong hands-on technical expertise and exposure to the Sri Lankan Enterprise SI market.
- Active certifications from at least TWO recognised high-end SI technology vendors/platforms, such as Cisco | Fortinet | Palo Alto Networks | HPE/Aruba | Equivalent.
