About the role
The Junior Executive - ICT Operations & Infrastructure role is responsible for providing Level 1/2 technical support, managing helpdesk tickets, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. The position involves monitoring and maintaining ICT infrastructure, including servers, networks, Wi-Fi, storage, and backup systems. Additional duties include endpoint and software management, cybersecurity and endpoint protection, CCTV management, IT asset and inventory management, vendor coordination, documentation, compliance, and supporting hospital IT operations to ensure service continuity. Candidates should have a relevant degree or diploma in IT or a related field and 1–2 years of experience in IT support or similar roles.
Must have
- Degree or Diploma, Higher Diploma, HND, NVQ Level 4 or above, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, Infrastructure, or a related discipline.
Nice to have
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Networking, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT Support, ICT Operations, System Administration, Network Support, or a related field is preferred.
