Sales & Marketing Manager (Cybersecurity Solutions)
About the role
The Sales & Marketing Manager (Cybersecurity Solutions) will lead sales and marketing efforts for a leading Australian IT firm's cybersecurity products and managed services in Sri Lanka. The role involves developing and executing strategic plans, identifying new business opportunities, building a sales pipeline, and closing deals with enterprise clients. The manager will conduct in-person client visits, presentations, and solution demos, while collaborating with technical teams to ensure client needs are met. The position is remote but requires regular field visits across Sri Lanka.
Must have
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience selling and promoting cybersecurity products or IT security services in Sri Lanka.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and managing client relationships within the local B2B/Enterprise market.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness and ability to conduct regular on-site client visits across Sri Lanka.
- Strong ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing field activities efficiently.
