IT Executive
About the role
The IT Executive at Pasyale Ayurveda OSU (PVT) LTD will be responsible for network and ERP system administration, database administration for in-house servers, and managing backups, restores, and recovery procedures. The role includes installation, setup, and resolution of hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, network equipment, and Wi-Fi networks, as well as Microsoft application updates and first-level support. The position also involves help desk support and knowledge of social media handling. Candidates should have 1-2 years of IT-related work experience, professional IT qualifications, and proven experience in web development, graphic design, and Microsoft Office applications. Creativity, flexibility, and self-motivation are important for this role.
Must have
- 1-2 years experience in IT-related work
- Proven experience in Web developing, Graphic designing, MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- IT related professional qualification
- Self-motivated individual with a passion to grow
- Candidate should be creative minded and flexible with workloads
- Reside within Kadawatha / Mahara area will be a distinct advantage
