Software Engineer - Frontend
About the role
This role is for a Senior Software Engineer - Front End at InSync Information Technologies Pvt Ltd, focusing on developing modern, responsive, and user-friendly web applications. The position requires strong UI/UX design skills and at least 3 years of professional experience. Key responsibilities include translating business requirements and design concepts into visually appealing, intuitive, and high-performance web interfaces, as well as engaging in front-end development with React, NodeJS, Material Design, HTML5, CSS3, and related technologies. Candidates should have experience with SDLC management, external system integration, database systems, Linux platforms, and software development best practices. The role is contract-based with the possibility of conversion to full-time employment and requires on-site work.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Information Technology from a reputed University.
- Experience on SDLC management, front-end development for enterprise grade applications, code optimization to build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components.
- Expertise to engage, plan and develop front-end with React, NodeJS, Material Design, HTML5, CSS3, redux toolkit and JavaScript libraries.
- Expertise on external system integration with SOAP API, REST APIs, GraphQL.
- Expertise on working with SQL and noSQL Database systems.
- Knowledge of Linux based systems and applications running on Linux platforms.
- Knowledge and experience of software development best practices, DevOps tools usage.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Ability to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect React interfaces.
- Prior experience in effective usage of agenticAI for daily operations.
- Excellent communication skills, leadership & go-getter positive attitude are highly demanded. Should be a self-disciplined team player who can work with minimum supervision.
