Associate Consulting Manager
About the role
The position is for a Business Analyst with a strong background in Product Ownership, based in Colombo. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, defining product vision and roadmap, acting as a liaison between business and technical teams, and managing product backlogs and sprint planning. The candidate will also facilitate workshops, conduct market research, monitor product performance, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of experience in business analysis with a focus on product ownership, strong knowledge of product ownership principles, and proficiency in Agile methodologies. The company seeks someone who can drive product vision and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Must have

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
