About the role
This role is for a Senior Software Engineer to join the team responsible for designing, developing, and integrating core platform services for a Human Capital Management (HCM) product suite. The position involves backend development with C# and .NET Core, implementing enterprise identity solutions, designing and querying relational databases, building UI components with Angular, and integrating messaging and search technologies such as RabbitMQ and Elastic. The engineer will also provide technical support to product teams during migration processes. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in backend or full-stack development, particularly with enterprise identity systems and scalable, secure platform services.
Must have
- Backend: C#, .NET Core
- Identity: OIDC, SAML, SSO, Okta (must‑have)
- Database: SQL (SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Front‑End: Angular
- Messaging/Search: RabbitMQ, Elastic
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in backend/full‑stack development
- Strong expertise in enterprise identity systems
- Hands‑on experience with SQL, Angular, RabbitMQ, Elastic
- Ability to deliver scalable, secure, and modernized platform services
