About the role
The Trainee Computer Hardware Technician role at Touch Solution Systems (Pvt) Ltd. is designed for motivated individuals interested in starting a career in computer hardware and electronics repair. The position involves assisting with desktop and laptop hardware repairs, learning troubleshooting and fault diagnosis, performing component replacements, and conducting basic electronic testing. Trainees will also help with RAM, SSD/HDD, keyboard, display, battery, and charging-related repairs, as well as installing and configuring Windows and other software. The role offers on-the-job technical training and opportunities to develop advanced repair skills under experienced technicians. No prior professional experience is required, and school leavers with an interest in IT/hardware are encouraged to apply.
Must have
- Basic knowledge of computers and computer hardware.
- Interest in learning computer hardware and electronics repair.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and computer components.
- School leavers with an interest in IT/hardware are encouraged to apply.
- IT / Computer Hardware / Electronics course or qualification will be an advantage.
- Good attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work as part of a team.
