About the role

The Full Stack Developer will join Vinod Patel and Company Pte Limited's Technology team in Fiji to support the ongoing development of customer-facing digital platforms. The role primarily focuses on front-end development using React, Next.js, and modern content-management technologies, as well as supporting API integrations and light back-end development across eCommerce, CRM, ERP, and financial systems. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining front-end components, delivering enhancements and bug fixes, supporting REST and GraphQL API integrations, improving user experiences, maintaining code quality and security, collaborating with stakeholders, participating in deployment activities, contributing to CI/CD workflows, and documenting technical procedures. Candidates should have relevant qualifications and experience in modern web development technologies and cloud environments.

Must have

Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js and responsive front-end development.
Experience with REST or GraphQL APIs, third-party integrations and Git-based CI/CD workflows.
Familiarity with AWS or Microsoft Azure and modern cloud-development environments.
Strong understanding of UX, accessibility, security and performance best practices.
Strong problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in an Agile environment.

Nice to have

Exposure to CRM, ERP, financial systems, payment gateways, OCR/KYC or eCommerce platforms would be an advantage.
