Learning Management System (LMS) Service Provider
About the role
Good Life X is seeking a Learning Management System (LMS) Service Provider to design, build, test, and launch a web-based learning platform supporting Sinhala, Tamil, and English. The platform should be accessible on mobile and low-end Android devices, optimized for low-bandwidth video, and include features such as short lessons, guided activities, progress tracking, self-reported impact, and downloadable certificates. The provider will also deliver an admin back-end for content and user management, automated reminders, user guides, admin training, and post-launch support. Applicants must have a portfolio with at least two comparable projects, strong security and data protection knowledge, creative ideas for accessible learning, and legal registration in Sri Lanka with two client references.
Must have
- A portfolio with at least two comparable projects delivered (trilingual LMS experience is a plus)
- Strong grounding in security and data protection, including Sri Lanka’s Personal Data Protection Act
- Creative ideas on how to make learning simple, accessible and engaging for users with varied digital confidence
- Legal registration in Sri Lanka and two client references
