Senior Automation Developer
About the role
The Senior Automation Developer at ITX360 will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, and Power Apps. The role involves building both rule-based RPA workflows and agentic AI automations, translating business requirements into technical solutions, conducting process assessments, and developing full-stack components. The developer will also be expected to maintain high-quality development practices, produce technical documentation, and work closely with business analysts and process analysts throughout the automation lifecycle. The position requires hands-on experience in automation within a production enterprise environment, relevant certifications, and strong technical skills in process excellence, DevOps, and technical documentation.
Must have
- Demonstrated experience in delivering automation solutions within a production enterprise environment, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Mandatory.
- UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiPath Advanced Developer certification): Mandatory.
- UiPath AI Professional certification: Mandatory.
- Microsoft Power Automate: Strong hands-on knowledge of cloud flows and desktop flows.
- Microsoft Power Apps: Strong hands-on knowledge of canvas apps, model-driven apps, and Dataverse.
- Process Excellence: Working knowledge of process excellence methodologies and practices.
- DevOps and Code Management: Hands-on experience with Git/Azure DevOps source control, branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines within a team environment.
- Technical Documentation: Proven ability to prepare Solution Design Documents, user manuals, and project code documentation to a professional standard.
