Associate Functional Consultant – ERP Solutions
About the role
The Associate Functional Consultant – ERP Solutions will join a growing ERP team to support the implementation, configuration, training, and ongoing support of ERP solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage 300, and Sage Intacct. The role involves working closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, participate in ERP projects, configure solutions, prepare documentation, conduct training, and provide end-user support. The consultant will also assist with testing, collaborate with project teams, and stay updated on ERP trends and best practices. Candidates should have a relevant degree and 1-3 years of experience in ERP or related functional roles, with strong analytical and communication skills.
Must have
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in ERP implementation, ERP support, business consulting, finance, or related functional roles.
- Good understanding of finance, accounting principles, and end-to-end business processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and business applications.
Nice to have
- Professional qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA, CA, CMA, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to ERP solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage 300, Sage Intacct, SAP, Oracle, IFS, Infor, Acumatica, Dynamics NAV/AX, or similar systems would be an advantage.
