About the role
The Project Manager (Agile/Scrum) is responsible for coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure the flawless execution of projects, delivering them on time and within scope. The role involves developing technically feasible project scopes, detailed project plans, tracking progress, managing changes, identifying and mitigating risks, and maintaining continuous communication with stakeholders and product owners. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Agile project management, a relevant degree, and strong stakeholder management skills.
Must have
- Minimum of 5+ years ’experience in Agile project management
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT; a Master’s degree will be an added advantage
- Professional certifications such as PMP or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) will be an added advantage
- Sound knowledge of risk identification and mitigation
- Business domain knowledge and a technical background will be highly advantageous
- Excellent stakeholder management skills together with a commitment to all-round quality
