About the role
The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for building full-stack features across both backend and frontend, owning epics and milestones from planning through delivery, and working closely with the Tech Lead in an agile team environment. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers and contributing to GenAI solutions using technologies such as LLMs, RAG, and vector databases. Candidates should have a strong background in Python, full-stack development, and experience with AI/ML or GenAI-based platforms. The team utilizes a modern tech stack including Python frameworks, React, AWS, Docker, and various data and GenAI tools.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on Python experience
- Full-stack experience (backend and frontend)
- 1+ year working on AI/ML or GenAI-based platforms
- A proven record of delivering on time, plus leadership qualities and strong communication
