About the role
The AI Content Creator role at Kiddies and Toys International (KTI), a subsidiary of LIMRA Holdings, involves developing engaging digital content using advanced AI tools. The position focuses on producing high-quality visuals, videos, and marketing materials to enhance the brand's digital presence. Responsibilities include creating AI-powered videos and promotional content, developing scripts and storyboards, editing videos, designing graphics, researching trends, managing content calendars, and monitoring performance across platforms. Candidates must have hands-on experience with AI video and image generation, proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva, and a strong understanding of social media formats and analytics. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and previous experience managing social media or YouTube channels is advantageous.
Must have
- Hands-on experience with AI video generation, AI image generation, and digital content creation tools.
- Good knowledge of AI prompting, storytelling, short-form video concepts, and creative content development.
- Proficiency in CapCut for professional video editing.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Canva for visual content creation.
- Understanding of content formats, publishing, and best practices for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Ability to create both short-form social media videos and longer YouTube videos.
- Familiarity with social media trends, platform analytics, audience engagement, and content optimization.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Previous experience managing social media accounts or YouTube channels will be an added advantage.
- A portfolio of AI-generated videos, social media creatives, or links to previously managed accounts is preferred.
