Senior Business Analyst

About the role

The Senior Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business and development teams, managing stakeholder communication and understanding business contexts through client interaction and research. The role involves analyzing requirements, designing solutions, documenting and managing requirements, formulating roadmaps, and supporting development teams in clarifying requirements. The analyst will also participate in scrum ceremonies, run workshops, and mentor junior analysts. Candidates should have strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, a good understanding of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle, and experience in requirement management and documentation.
