Senior ERP Consultant - Jaffna
About the role
The Senior ERP Consultant will join the NEXA ERP team to lead ERP implementation projects, optimize business processes, and ensure customer success. The role involves analyzing client requirements, recommending ERP solutions, conducting software demonstrations and user training, managing customer relationships, and coordinating with internal teams. The consultant will also provide leadership to the ERP consulting and implementation team, identifying opportunities for process improvement and system utilization. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong understanding of business operations, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP consulting, implementation, or business software solutions.
- Strong understanding of POS, inventory management, accounting, sales, and business operations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client management skills.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
Nice to have
- MBA, MSc, or relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with extensive ERP implementation experience may also be considered.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Sinhala will be an added advantage.
