Associate Business Analyst & Quality Assurance
About the role
Legacy Health is hiring an Associate Business Analyst & Quality Assurance professional to support business analysis, requirements documentation, software testing, and quality assurance activities. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to ensure solutions are delivered accurately, efficiently, and to high quality standards. Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, preparing business and functional documents, participating in meetings and workshops, collaborating with teams, executing testing activities, tracking defects, and ensuring release validation and traceability.
Must have
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Software Quality Assurance roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of software testing concepts, QA methodologies, and defect management processes.
- Ability to prepare clear and structured documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and test cases.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and exposure to API testing, web/mobile testing, or automation concepts will be an added advantage.
