About the role
The Intern Systems Engineer will support the IT team in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of both Cloud and On-Premises systems. The role involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, supporting Microsoft technologies (including Azure, Microsoft 365, Servers, and Databases), and assisting with the implementation of security measures. Additional responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, delivering user training sessions, and providing technical support to end-users. The position is designed for students currently pursuing a relevant degree and offers exposure to a fast-paced technology environment with opportunities to develop technical and communication skills.
Must have
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Systems and Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities, with confidence in engaging both technical and business audiences.
- Ability to create and deliver technical demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions.
- Positive attitude, customer-focused mindset, and willingness to learn.
- Eagerness to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced technology environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies is an added advantage.
