About the role
The E-Commerce Executive at Reqzo will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, communicating with customers, handling inquiries and orders, managing accounts and daily sales records, and working with the company website to update product listings, manage orders, and track sales. The role requires strong communication skills in English, Sinhala, and Tamil, both written and spoken. The position is based in Colombo 12 and involves working from the office.
Must have
- Female candidate only.
- Degree in Computer Science (Mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the e-commerce field.
- Good communication and computer skills.
- Ability to manage social media, customer inquiries and online accounts.
- Willingness to work in our office.
